Annual Company Trip - What Program should be included?

Tomorrow, the 2nd Annual Company Trip to Bali

Company Trip can be a good way for everyone to get out of the office, and replenish their energies in a different environment. But as an employer, what i've encounter and rethink over time, what program should be include in the company trip? 


1. Vacation

Yeah, it's definitely a vacation as all the colleague thoughts. a trip to relax, refresh and replenish. 

2. Rewards

Every year, a target should be set to hit. Destination should be set according to tier of achievement, which allow your employee to work harder. After a whole year of hard works, it's the time to show your appreciation towards them, and encourage them to move further. 

3. Educational 

A related tour of the industry can be given to your team, to inspire them for additions or improvements to make in your own business. Or learn something practically other than what normal jobscope.
For me, a lot of things i've been thinking. Since tomorrow is the first day of the trip.
- Are they taking it for granted? They don't seem to appreciate of what we've prepared.
- They take it as 10 days honeymoon? (I've bought a unit of 25kg additional baggage weight) We are taking Air Asia, and each of them have 7kg of hand luggage capacity. Yet, they are still complaining that *IS THAT ENOUGH?*

Well for me, i've traveled to few places like Phuket, Krabi, Chiang Mai and i don't see problem to only have hand luggage of 7kg with me. and GUYS are nagging about it. I don't get it :)
